A special account has been created for this purpose, the press service for the Council of Muftis of Russia reported on Monday.
"Visits and assistance, including blood donations, if necessary, will be organized for the victims taken to Moscow. A team of volunteers are going to leave for Volgograd to provide assistance to the victims' families," the report says.
Two terrorist attacks occurred in Volgograd on Sunday and Monday. Thirty one people were killed and dozens were injured.
